When I took over this business a few years ago, I ‘inherited’ Philip Oakley as broker for the previous owners. Normally I would have sought comparative quotes from other brokers, but because of his professional approach to the business and our insurance needs, I did not do so … and I have never regretted the decision.

It is more efficient for us to have all our properties on one insurance policy for many reason. Come renewal time there is a lot of detail to check through.

I need not have worried as PSP Group go that extra step to learn about our business and ensure the policy we have is right for us.

Our renewal had one exclusion on one property, buried in the small print but Teresa spotted it and brought it to our attention.

It is so much better to be working with a broker that raises the issues before you have purchased the policy rather than when you go to make a claim and you told you are not covered.

From PSP you get a premium service but not a premium price.
