PSP have an experienced claims team and your claim will be handled by your very own claims advisor who will take you through the whole process to ensure rapid settlement.
Some claims, especially motor accident are relatively straight forward. After we have been notified we report your claim to insurers. Experience tells us that most motor claims are settled quicker dealing direct with your insurer rather than via the other party involved. However, we are never out of the loop and will step in at the first indication that things are not running smoothly or delayed.
The majority of other claims are managed by your claims advisor on a daily basis and you will be kept up to date with progress. We see these claims through to final settlement and our proactive approach complimented by our understanding of your cover ensures your claim is fairly and quickly settled.
